I Touch Myself: A footnote
It honestly feels ridiculous, gratuitous even, to post this, but after coming across this film still tonight—of Ralph Macchio from The Outsiders—I was once again reminded of how much I looked like him not even that long ago. I’ve written about this at length in my essay I Touch Myself.
I wish I could prove the resemblance with a childhood photo, but I don’t have any in digital form. So this more recent picture of me will have to do.
